Summize is a leading Contract Lifecycle Management platform that integrates contract workflows directly into tools like Microsoft Word, Slack, Teams, Outlook and Gmail.

I joined Summize as one of the original UX designers, helping shape the product from the ground up. Over time I grew into a senior role, taking ownership of the end-to-end design process across the platform.

My responsibilities included leading user research and translating findings into design decisions, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working closely with engineering and product to bring features to life. I also helped establish the design system and contributed to defining the overall visual language of the product as the company scaled.

Since then, Summize has grown rapidly, becoming a major innovator in the CLM space. The company introduced AI contract reviews within Microsoft Word in 2020, launched Teams and Slack integrations in 2022, expanded to the US in 2023, and introduced native Outlook and Gmail CLM integrations in 2024.

Today, the company reports five consecutive years of 100%+ ARR growth and continues expanding across North America while advancing its AI-powered contract management platform.
