    A Lead UX Designer at Tenora, a FCA-authorised fintech building modern FX management and FX trading platforms.
    • Designing complex internal and external trading systems from scratch, covering the full range of functionality required for FX management and trade execution, translating highly technical financial workflows into interfaces that are clear, efficient and intuitive for the people using them
    • Working directly with the founders, product and engineering teams to ensure design was embedded into the product strategy from day one, helping shape not just how the platform looks but how it works
    • Building and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product as it continues to grow and evolve
  • Lead Designer @ Synetec

    May 2022 — Dec 2024
    A custom software and AI development company that builds bespoke digital products for clients across a range of industries. I was the embedded design lead across various clients.
    • Triland - Redesigned their outdated internal trading system with a modern, purpose-built metals trading platform, giving their brokers a significantly faster and more intuitive tool to work from day to day
    • Argentex - Designed the trading platforms both customer-facing and internally, creating a coherent product experience across two very different user types
    • Nest - Delivered a brand new prospect management module alongside a wider UX redesign, meaningfully improving the experience for their internal teams and modernising a process that had long needed attention
  • Senior UX Designer @ Summize

    Oct 2020 — May 2022
    A legal tech company building AI-powered contract lifecycle management software for in-house legal teams. As one of the original UX designers at a time when the product was still taking shape, playing a key role in designing the platform that has since gone on to become one of the fastest growing legal tech companies in the UK.
    • Designing the core contract management workflows from the ground up across the full platform including a self-service contract request flow that allowed teams to create and submit contracts without involving legal at every step.
    • Helping establish the overall product experience and design language for a platform used by in-house legal teams across multiple industries, ensuring complex legal workflows were translated into interfaces that were intuitive and efficient for non-technical users
    • Working closely with the founding team during a critical period of growth, contributing to a product that has since achieved five consecutive years of 100% revenue growth and secured a $50 million investment
